Étienne Dodier fell into seafood from a young age. His family worked in the industry for generations; seawater practically courses through his veins. Not surprisingly, he aimed to offer products that celebrated the traditional cuisine from his little corner of the world.
Armed with his vision and intrepidness (and a love of good food!), he founded Knocean Foods in 2014 with one goal in mind: present meals that are both simple and delicious, easy to prepare and made with the best possible ingredients, all while remaining affordable. Over 10 years later, you can say that Étienne has more than met his challenge.
